  • 30% with the reservation
  • Balance to regulate
    • In the event of transfer or cheque, at the latest 30 days before the date of arrival
    • In the event of payment cash in euros only, the day of your arrival
  • No guarantee is required. We make confidence with the tenants to respect the place and its equipment and, if necessary, from leaving us money for possible breakage

•  Modes of payment
  • Cash in euros
  • Cheques in euros cashable in France
  • Bank transfer
  • Transfer by Western Union (see with your post office)

     

•  Arrival/Départure
  • The arrivals are done after midday starting from 14h
  • The departures are made the morning before 12h
  • Consult us for other schedules

   

•  Cancellation
  • Full repayment in the event of cancellation at the latest 30 days before the date of arrival
  • No refunding in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival

  • All the loads is included in our prices
  • Sheet and bathroom linens are provided
  • To leave the keys in the apartment at your departure
  • Please, leave the studio clean at your departure
